We operate a minimum-fare policy, so shorter journeys can sometimes appear more expensive than expected. If you’re booking a short journey and the price seems high, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether we can offer a better fare.

• For airport or train station pick-ups, please include your arrival time and flight or train number .
• Enter your full pick-up and drop-off address, including the house or building number where applicable.
• Please provide accurate passenger and luggage details so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.
• Additional or unplanned stops may result in an extra charge, at the driver’s discretion.
• Executive vehicles, including Tesla, Mercedes and V-Class models, are subject to availability and suitable luggage capacity.
• For executive bookings, drivers will normally dress smart-casual. If you require chauffeur attire , please request this in advance.
• If you require a specific vehicle type, such as an electric vehicle, estate car, large MPV or 16-seater, please contact us for a tailored quote.
