It’s now “walkable and wheelable,” making it much easier to move between the platforms and the High Street without navigating dark underpasses or narrow verges.
2. A Cultural Landmark: The Ubosot Hall
One of the most striking additions to the Runcorn skyline is the newly completed Ubosot Hall at the Wat Phra Singh UK Buddhist Temple. Located just a short walk from the station, this is the only purpose-built hall of its kind in the North of England.
